Let’s be real—most of us weren’t taught to respect our bodies.
We were taught to fix them. Shrink them. Push them through the chaos.

We hustle through pain. We power through stress. We ignore the warning signs.
And when life gets heavy, we disconnect from the one place we live in 24/7—our body.

After decades of competing, coaching, parenting, and rebuilding after loss, I’ve learned this:
👉 Your body isn’t the problem. It’s part of the solution.

I Just Won the Trifecta—But This Is Deeper Than Trophies

In the past 28 days, I did something pretty wild—I won three pro bikini shows, including the Florida Pro.
That’s right: three competitions, back-to-back.
That meant three spray tans, three layers of glue, three wild weekends of glitz, posing, and peak conditioning.

It was incredible.
And intense.

The travel. The focus. The food restrictions. The level of discipline it took to pull this off at 61?
Unreal.

But you know what happens after you hit a big goal like that?
You don’t float away on a cloud.
You land. Hard.

And that’s where I am now.
Not in a slump—but in an opening.

Because the “after” isn’t a letdown—it’s a blank canvas.

One I get to fill with new wisdom, joy, and adventure.

And that starts—again—with my body.

We Disconnect to Survive—but We Heal by Returning

After I lost my son Will in 2017, I felt like I left my own body.
I was going through the motions, but I was numb. Disconnected.

Every time I moved—even if it was a short walk or a stretch—I felt a flicker of myself return.

It wasn’t about shrinking.
It was about grounding.
Strength became my lifeline.

Movement Is Where the Shift Happens

Lifting weights. Dancing in the kitchen. Going for a hike.
It’s not just fitness—it’s freedom.

You don’t need a 90-day program.
You need a reason to move—and permission to make it about how you feel, not how you look.

Built With Purpose

How you feel in your body affects every part of your life.
Your energy. Your focus. Your confidence.

It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering who you are.

When You Feel Good in Your Body, Everything Changes

It’s not about abs.
It’s about belonging—to yourself.

It’s about peace. Strength. Clarity. And joy.

So… where do you begin?

Start small.
Ask yourself:

✅ Can I move today in a way that feels good?
✅ Can I fuel myself with food that supports me?
✅ Can I rest without guilt?
✅ Can I breathe and reconnect?
